Paranormal Investigators: Past & Present: Grant Wilson

Grant Wilson

Co-founder of The Atlantic Paranormal Society with Jason Hawes, Grant Wilson is a plumber who works for a company named “Roto-Rooter”, and up until recently was co-host and star of the very successful SYFY television show “Ghost Hunters”.
Grant, born in 1974, grew up in the state of Rhode Island, U.S.A., he is married and has three sons. Before joining Roto-Rooter, TAPs and Syfy he worked as a web designer.
His hobbies include writing, playing and recording his own music, illustrating fantasy and role-playing characters and ghost hunting.
Grant is also a Mormon, part of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later-day Saints, and as part of his dedication spent two years in Italy at a mission where he learnt to speak fluent Italian and developed a taste for Italian cuisine.

After starring on Ghost Hunters for 8 seasons, Grant Wilson decided to call it quits to focus more on family and his future in May 2012, he is currently the lead art director for “Rather Dashing Games”
Grant and Jason are Co-owners of the Spalding Inn based in Whitefield, New Hampshire, and just concluded a public information and investigation night at the Inn in September 2012.
Whilst Grant is no longer on the long running and popular show he is still involved with TAPs crew and attends charity events to raise money for kids with cancer through various charities.

There are rumours that Grant may at some point return to the TAPS show on SYFY, some speculate in a guest investigator role, but there is always a chance that he may be lured back if ratings drop off.
